thats about what we've been doing on tibbee, we checked out bartons ferry a few weeks ago and the water is so low we were in mud half way up the cove we usually hunt. good to hear there is some ducks there though.

You run into green britches yet this year? Seen more of them than in years past.

been killing a few on the TennTom as well...seems like more hunting pressure than last year. Alot of stuff is "grassed over" and you really need a mudmotor to get into. There isn't water in very many of the sloughs that aren't attached to the river...Not a lot of waterfowl present but if you can find an unpressured spot your odds go up.

well if you kept your public holes to yourselves then instead to an open internet forum where people from the edge of alabama can come over and sky blast at your ducks then there prolly would not be as much hunting pressure........ there are people on this site that hunt there and prolly dont like to see folks making a two page thread about how your killing ducks...... if your killing them then keep it yourself......
sorry to rant but i tried to be nice and give advice on page one but no one wanted to take it......
but in the case ya decide to keep talking..... dont get back on here and fuss about six trucks at a boat ramp and oosers sky blasting and over calling the local ducks.......

look man. i've hunted tibbee almost every day that the season has been open so far and the most boats i've seen in one day was 3, so if thats too much competition for you then you should be leasing anyway. and if you've been hunting here since the 80's then you should already know all the good holes, so go there and kill ducks and get over your "holier than thou, only i can hunt this area and nobody else should know about it" attitude. a little competition is what seperates the real hunters from the posers.

maybe im just making up all the ducks at tibbee to get a rise out of you coots and to send all the crazy hunters who listen to other people on here and go hunt those places away from my good holes. but wait i guess i just ruined my plan since i told everybody my scam. well dang i guess every person that read my posts about ducks wont go hunt tibbee now. what a shame

Knew some guys that did that one day out of ignorance. They tore the birds up. Green britches also tore them a new booty.
