You guys think we could all chip in and form a corporation out of it? We could call it the MSDucks.com Duck Club. That'd be pretty doggone neat! Think we'd sell many hunts or all of us would hunt it? I'm guessing the latter of the two would be more likely!

1.2 million has to be a joke. After these past seasons, I don't think you'll find any hunters with as deep pockets as they want. The land may be decent for farming, but it has to be in a flood zone. So let me see some dollar figures on what you guys think it will go for. Maybe we can get a pot going or something.
