i shoot 3" 4's
my buddy swears by 2.75' 6 shot steel

Until I run out of them, I have several boxes of Hevi-Shot 3 inch #5's that are just awesome.

3 #2 shot knocks em down but i hunt close holes so i dunno might want more shot like #4
