TD - I would love to see HarborWalk once it is ready, but it seems like nothing is getting done. I'm sure you know more than anyone else here about the project. I'll believe it when I see it.

I think that's the point Mudro, nobody's working on that project. Prolly not a bad idea given the current state of R/E developments and all the projects just sitting vacant from New Orleans to Panama City.
