Don't know if it's the same deal ya'll are talking about, but I've got an 03 and there was a recall for the steering shaft. They ordered me one and gave me a call trying to get me to come get it put on, but never got around to it. Haven't had any problems out of mine though.

I know exactly what ya'll are talking about. I have had one since 03-06 models and everyone of them has done the same thing after about 2000 miles. I got tired of it and the dealers not fixing the problem. I went and bought me one of them ole Ford F-250 with that power stroke.

Let me tell you what Melba Toast is packin' right here, alright. We got 4:11 Positrac outback, 750 double pumper, Edelbrock intake, bored over 30, 11 to 1 pop-up pistons, turbo-jet 390 horsepower. We're talkin' some "@#$%#"' muscle. 8)
