Let me say I don't care if this kid ever play's ball at UM or anywhere else but it's a shame that our education system lack's so much,and I speak from experance.My son has a vison problem that requires specific thing's be done at school he's in 5th grade.We have dr's report's and instruction's as what's to be done and by law the school has to accomadate.My wife and myself have fought with them for two year's and finaly this year is alittle better we never threatend to sue but we finaly gotta across to them we would do whatever had to be done for my child to get an education.Luckely we had the ability toleave work and meet with teacher's and stay on top of it and had people in the system to let us know our rite's,it's amazing what the people who are supposed to working for you and your child will hide and try to talk their way out doing even though they know by law they have too.
