I lost about 35 Lbs a couple of years back on the Adkins diet. Worked great for me.. I got down to my "ideal" weight of 170, but everyone said I looked sick.. 2 years later back up to 185, but shooting for 180..

Not to make light of "obesity" and the potential adverse health consequences, but we are all going to die eventually ---from something. So, there is always going to be a leading cause of death ---from something. If not obesity, then cancer. If not cancer, then heart problems. And on and on and on.

Another observation about this stat is that MS is also the poorest state in the country. The poorest, but also the most fat. :shock: Hmmmmm. There is a bit of irony there. And compared to other countries, our poor folks don't even really know what "poor" is all about.

Thats very true Po Monkey but I am going to try to delay death as long as I can. I heard JT and Dave say today according to the stats were the poorest, dumbest, and fattest state. :shock:
