BALCO knew what parts the steriod test could pick-up and what it could not see. They had designed their enhancing drugs to slip past the screening/test. This means of doping has been done for years and will continue. Just like RADAR and RADAR detectors; someone invents a better way of catching speeders, then someone else creates a new detector to alert the speeder. The same will happen in the sports industry; someone will find another loop hole in the testing and will create a better drug that can pass the test/screening process.

stitch,
there is steroids in college baseball, everything from d one to juco baseball, they are used. yes, it is alot easier to use them at the juco level cause of the testing policy, but still there is roids used at the college level. although the ncaa and sec has test for them during the year, they still do not test everyone. after seeing this come up, i asked a buddy of mine that i played high school and juco ball against that plays at a unidenifed sec school now that question. he went on to explain how although the have the test, maybe only four have had it all year.

also, for every day they come out with a new test to catch it, then the people making it are coming up with new ways to hide it, or at least i would if i was making it
