GH hate to hear about your bad luck, but I am wondering a little along the lines of SBE...had you had rifle bullets would you have gotten a ticket

what is the rule?

GH next time you in town get Torch to take over into Sunflower and Tally counties and introduce you to some "reformed" duck hunters

they didnt get the chance to buy their stuff back, well, unless you consider your freedom stuff..some of those guys have never set foot at bearpen park for fear of being accused of duck hunting again

I have 1 1/2 boxes of lead in my truck now left from a sporting clay shoot last weekend. I guess I need to do a clean out tonight.

Joe Ward waded halfway across a rice field in knee boots to check us one time, then followed us out afterwards. I had three boxes of #9 lead in a dove vest behind the seat of my truck and I told him about it. His words to me were, "as long as you didn't have none out there with you, you're alright". He checked our waders good and we were slick..........so if Joe Ward will let that slide then that must be one bada$$ warden you got down there.............good luck

Put the shells in your tool box. Then they have to have a warrant to search for it there.

This is a prime example of why I say: "Never go hunting without your attorney present".

Starting next year, I plan to specialize in duck hunting law. I will be offering my services to hunters to attend their hunts with them for a small fee, in addition to getting to hunt as well.

I think that is a bunch of bullsh*t.

that game warden must of had bad $3X last night. bad enough to put him in a type mood and ticket you. thats just being a J@ck@$$, igonorant and stuck up just because he can get away with it and bacause he wears a little gweeeeen jacket with a patch on it.

That warden doesn't know the rules. Even showing him the receipt was a waste of time. It's not what you have in your truck, it's what you have on your person.

Unfortunately this jacka$$ doesn't know the law and you have to go to court.

I always hunt with lead. Whats the big deal. I really think that suxs about the ticket. I guess if your a Warden everyone is guilty until you're proven innocent.

Joking about the lead. :P
