Not to burst your bubble, Greenhead 22, but Suntech/ Ms Student Loans is forgiving some loans right now. Something about they are only allowed so much profit to come from student loans each year. To offset "extra income" they forgive some debts. I promise you its true :D ! I had a loan up until last week, now no loan!

Mine was through Ed Financial and Chase. I received consolidation stuff all the time in the mail, with some other stuff but I never was close the min amount targeted for the discounts.

Do you like your rancher? I'm thinking of getting one here soon, but am gonna pay cash for it instead of financing it. I looked at em at the DU fest last weekend, those are some tough looking machines.

Wow. There were some harsh things said about bankers in this thread. Here at the Land Bank, folks don't think bankers are so bad when we help them buy their grandma's place or that 100 acres behind the house that just came up for sale.

:D I transferred all my debt, including balances owed on autos, 4-wheeler, and students loans to 0% credit cards about 3 1/2 years ago. Every time they get 2 months away from losing the 0%, I just transfer the remaining balance to another new credit card at 0%. I have been paying 0% for 3 1/2 years!!!!!! I have paid off about $16,000 in principal without paying any interest at all!!!!!
I owe about $10,000 more and most of that is for my wife's vehicle. I will have that paid off in 2 more years and will be debt free (except for my house which I owe only 14 more years on). We refinanced the home on a 15 year mortgage 1 year ago when interest rates were real low. My goal is to have it paid for by the time my 7 year old boy goes to college.

Dutch, I love mine, paid $4700 tax, title and all in Brookhaven. I kinda wish that I had waited to get a '06 model since I heard that they will have the 2wd/4wd button option like their other bigger atv's.
