Rico didn't leave becaues he was demoted to third string, Rico left because he had been moved around ever since he stepped foot on MSU campus. First they told him to play DB, then they told him to gain weight and play LB, then he spent all winter losing weight to play safety, and he came ito spring and they told him to gain 30 lbs to play LB again. Rico is a good guy, he isn't the typical MSU player. He's not a trouble maker and he worked hard when he was there, my prediction is that they'll want him come this fall.

hillhunter............QC has been moved around ever since he's been at state.......from CB to SS to FS back to CB to OLB to MLB..... :lol: ....hasn't bothered him not one bit. :lol:

All the players were told that they would all be going down one string with the true freshmen get on campus unless they work their tail off......already on 2nd......going down to 3rd.

parade all americans and mcdonald all- americans... its like comparing oranges and apples..

hell thers only like 20 kids nationwide that recive the designation mcdonalds all-american in basketball.. whereas parade all-americans in football.. chit theres at least 20 that earn that desgination that play receiver.. in other words there much more numerous.. that creates a lot more room for error...

thank bout it like this since the inception of the mcdonalds all american basketball game there have been 5 kids that were singed by msu who were micky d all americans.. thats 5 outta 25 years...
now look at football .. hell we've signed 4 parade all0americans in one class before.. see the difference...

a parade all american is much more likely to be a bust than a mcdonalds all american...

Yep!!! Sure is boring being a USM fan. Nothing but consistency season after season. Same coach and continued winning seasons. BORING!!!

At least we have UM and MSU to entertain us.

yep i agree its mighty boring being a usm football fan... just think you can have a perfect season and run the table and the best you can do is the ol boring liberty bowl...

Unfortunately, I'll have to agree with you. USM is not going to get to the "next level" playing in Conference USA :? Maybe the changes in the BCS will help. I think they have that thing so screwed up nothing would surprise me.
