We're trying to Chop, great to hear from you.

Twice-ran some snow goose breast halves through commercial tenderizer at The Outfitter, battered and chicken fried to perfection, with homemade biscuits and gravy, it just don't get no better. Folks that have relegated snows to the "carp" pile just don't know what the hell you're missing! Will try to remember to bring some summer sausage to teh OVPC get together.

nothing wrong with big bones, they don't break as easily when torqued. remember that.

An epic 3 day hunt with thewaterfowler & co. in the Ark-LA-Miss region. This is how you save the tundra, can't believe it's really legal!

Image

The effort netted 12 bands and 2 neck collars. I'd rather be lucky than good and this weekend I was neither! One fella got five bands! Some pictures of hardware...

Plenty of sausage meat for everyone...only took an hour and a half to clean them all. Several hunters took home ice chests full, myself included, and the locals brought lots of coolers for the remainder.

I can remember thinking it would be a very long time before we broke the 371 mark from last year. This one may be far more difficult to surpas.
