Anat., where is the fun and challenge in that ---huntin' up in Canada and all like some high fallootin carpet bagger
---- its like huntin in a bird sanctuary with bait
Ya NEED to shell out the bucks like the rest of us, pay yer dues, and build character.

You can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning.
We've paid our dues...........twice!......and they weren't cheap.
...... we're just not 'camp' material.
Besides......if we had paid dues this year........we wouldn't be much better-off than a lot of other folks out there, that DID.
Funny....somehow, I don't feel left-out.
'Doesn't make sense to sit in the same spot all year, watching blank skies and wondering when the ducks are gonna show-up.....when we can move about freely, going where the birds are, taking advantage of unlimited hunting opportunities for 2-3 weeks for 1/3 of the cost.........and actually witness the mass migration every year......(something you only see down here, maybe once or twice in your lifetime.)

From an appraisers view point if and there selling it just as land and not a duck club, 800.00 to 1,500 an acre is about average. Let me know how it turns out. I might be intrested depending on how far it is.
