Fireplug, I know it sucks, but you're not ever going to get an insurance company to pay you for the time in dealing with it. That's just the cost of living. It's just the way it is. If someone hits me, I'm not going to start running the clock like an attorney on when I have to take my vehicle place or drop it off. They may not be as good as other insurance companies, but I don't think you'll find one that will actually compensate you for that. Glad it worked out as best as it could.
