Putting my tin foil hat on, but anyone think Comey was told the second go round to no bring charges on HRC so that Barry O could not pardon her before charges were brought? Plausible?

I think the president can only pardon a conviction? If this is so, she would have to be prosecuted and found guilt before Obama leaves office, in about two months. Even if it was fast tracked, it would be hard to do in two months.

I wonder if she will be investigated again once Trump is in office?

Obamas press secretary addressed this earlier and said a pardon or clemency isn't out of the question. He could grant her one or both that apply to her involvement in email scandal etc and could possibly issue bill one also pending clinton foundation investigation. It would tarnish his legacy but make her base happy yet show and enforce why trump got elected.

He can pardon without a conviction, see Richard Nixon. If she accepts the pardon she is admitting guilt.
