This brings up something I have been thinking about. When do we start hearing Freeze's name for open coaching jobs? Now I know it will be hard to pull him away with the raise he is getting but you have to figure there are at least a couple of jobs out there that could pull him away. I could be wrong and he may be perfectly happy spending the rest of his life in Oxford.camlock wrote:I can comfortably say, that in the world of college athletics fanship, it's really good time to be an Ole Miss Rebel. He was heavily pursued by Florida and their #1 candidate before hiring McElwain...Ross Bjork has been proactive in securing his contract which has in turn pretty much kept him off the market and I think he will be content to spend his career at Ole Miss baring any kind of leadership issues. IN short, Oxford and Ole Miss are good enough for Freeze are it is his destination job, however #TheNetwork of good ole boys screw up the AD job or some for of university leadership he has to work for, he'll leave, as would anyone and that's been an issue at Ole Miss in past...keeping Ross Bjork as AD is probably a key factor in keeping Freeze.mshunter77 wrote:This brings up something I have been thinking about. I had to unfriend that guy on FB and have to change the radio station when he calls in on 620 in the mornings. He is about as delusional as they come. Delusional in how big an Alabama Homer and obnoxious he can be.
