And here is my take on it.

If these students think they have "won" they are in for a huge disappointment when they leave their cushy college life.

If someone shouts racists remarks at you while you walk "near" campus, or someone in a car "bumps" you as you surround their car in a mob like scene or you feel unsafe because some idiot decides to paint a swastika on a bathroom wall with last nights dinner then you are going to be in for a rude awakening when you leave campus.

I am sorry you are offended but we have people getting beheaded because of their religion, we have gangs killing 9 year old kids in Chicago, we have veterans that will die waiting to get into see a doctor at a VA hospital, we have police officers getting shot and killed just because of the color of their uniform. You want to really feel unsafe? Go back to 1950 when Blacks were fighting and dieing just to be able to go to the college you now attend..

Suck it up buttercup, if you think life is unfair now, you are in for a real shock when you enter the real world!!!
Yep this stupid crap has always gone on. Now the sheep are just in touch because of Facebook and smart phones. Do you really think more than 60% of the citizens of the US even watch the news?? Heck no they don't, but they read this or that on Facebook.

This pretty much sums it up. Nothing but a bunch of lies.

^^^Hands down, the best comment, so far, on this whole darn thread.^^^

Question. How many of these 'protestors' are going to college on student loans? And how many of them are taking classes toward degrees in such outstanding fields as "The Politics of Food", "Aboriginal Studies", or the ever popular "Undecided"? Just curious.

Anybody who knows me knows there is nothing I love more than stirring up some liberals by making fun of them on social media and this story has been a gold mine...southpark is licking their chops at this right now

This weekends game against BYU was slated before season as a "White Out" game. The timing is too funny, the university pulled the free white shirts with "WHITE OUT" printed on the front, but the team is wearing all white as the crowd. Lots of hunger strikes over this one

The media keeps saying these students are trying to shut down free speech.. But I really don't think these kids know what free speech is. This is likely the first of the "everyone gets to play", "we all get a trophy" kids to hit our American colleges. They have no idea how to deal with disappointment and feel like that just because someone hurt their feelings that they need to throw a tantrum. They would much rather protest and whine than study and work hard to graduate.
