7-10 Dead In Oregon Community College Shooting

From personal experience seeing 2 girls get gunned down and others shot within 30 feet of you will effect you for the rest of your life... It's a defenseless feeling and then you have to deal with the feelings of why didn't I try to do something about it. It changed my overall personality and look on life even at 15 years old.

No doubt!!! I have not had that exact experience, but I have been at the scene of a suicide less than 12 hours afterwards and have had to clean up the aftermath of a man that was a 2nd father to me, and I have held my son in my arms as he took his last breath. It is hard to put into words the feeling of helplessness that I felt when these things occurred. I am sure that most of these students felt the same way..
