I requested the minutes. This seems like a great way to get two meetings ahead of anything you don't want the public to know about.

Works just like any other board I've been a part of. Minutes aren't official until the board has a chance to review them and vote for approval, which always happens at the beginning of the next meeting. I'm a little confused by what y'all are expecting here

Are there any state government watchdog groups that send representatives to these type meetings for government agencies to keep an eye on them? I know there are for the feds but what about on the state level?

according to jt (super talk) it was all about deer feeding/shooting over corn discussion with a couple of people who spoke in opposition & a 4-1 vote to finish it.

And the 1 dissenting vote was the new guy. Maybe Scott isn't as big a douche as he appears to be. Only time will tell.

So Hood produced an opinion that ole Delbert couldn't turn it into a refuge. Sounds like Delbert struck out on this shady deal.
