If State gets consistent pressure on Kenny Football, State wins.

My prediction, State wins and Preston Smith gets his 4th (possibly 5th) SEC defensive player of the week award this season. Dude is eating QBs for breakfast. And this game pretty much happens at breakfast.

I thought State secondary looked very good against LSU receivers, who are physically gifted athletes...I don't think aTm has better athletes and with State front 7 being capable...they could slow the aTm offense....that's not a prediction of a win but theres a path to success

I'm not going to go out and say crazy stuff like I'm rooting for the Bears, but how awesome would it be for the Egg Bowl to decide who represents the SEC West??! I know, I know, but we might as well talk about it as long as there is a 1:50,000 chance :D

The west is up for grabs. Nobody has seperated from the pack yet. Bama's corners suck, auburn I think is overrated, LSU needs a QB, A&M I think can beat anybody or just as easily lose to anybody in a shoot out, Ole Miss has not played anybody yet, and Arkie is still a work in progress but getting better.

They beat the aggies and the west is theirs to lose. Auburn is way overrated. Alabama is getting it together each week so that could be the game of the year if state gets past aggies. We will see what the Rebs and tide have when they meet soon. Hold on if Rebs pull that upset cause it will dang sure mess the west up. The east is already a hot mess.

Talking with a dear friend and life long Ole Miss fan at a softball game Sunday, Alabama is UM's real rival. They beat LSU every other year and MSU doesn't really matter... :?

Seems like every 11:00 game we play in we suck. I cant remember the last time State got motivated to play that early. They typically come out flat and dig a hole too big to crawl out of.

I believe we should focus at one game at a time. That being said I believe if the Dawgs play very well and mistake free football we can beat Texas A&M. Before this weekend I would have said very little chance but I don't think that A&M has really played anybody either. They beat SMU and SMU has had over 40 points scored on them every game. Rice hasn't beat anyone. South Carolina had their hands full with Vanderbilt. If state pressures Kenny a lot I think we have a chance.
