Indeed correct. Though I did not replay the video in its' entirety, did it not allow the possibility that the vapors themselves would create its' own ignition source?
I think all the cases stated had some other ignition source like static electricity or a hot engine.

Looking through the Northern Tools catalog yesterday and noticed several different nozzle types. They all advertised "safety nozzles" or " no spill" nozzles but some looked better than those two man jobs.
