Lets don't go overboard. Jones had two more tackles on the year with one more sack. They are both good but Nkemdichie missed several games with a pulled hamstring

There's 2 people that I'm sure hate, waking up this morning:

#1. Bo Wallace---prolly slept with a football super-glued to his left hand
#2. Nnekedouchebag---afraid that his def. coord. is gonna slap the sheeit outta him from last night's confrontation, when he pushed him twice in the chest on the sideline, after getting the personal foul. Frese tried to intervene, but backed off, when he saw the pushing start.

#2. Let's get real not a shoving match. Looked a lot like a SHOWING match from my point of view

YOU said "shoving MATCH", not me....and, I agree, it was NOT a shoving match....def. coord. evidently had enough sense, not to push back.....watch it on dvr for yourself.

But, if a player of mine ever even touches a coach in a threatening manner, as Nkemedouchebag DID in frustration, he'd go to the locker room, and remove his uniform....forever!!!

Did not see anything disrespectful I personally though he was showing him what the other player did to him to do what he did on the field. Nothing more nothing less.

Great win for the Dogs, completing the end of season turnaround. Yes indeed, light em up and savor the flavor.

State's D played lights out last night, giving them the chance for the late game heroics. The Rebs just got outplayed and outcoached.

I'm still a little butt hurt this morning, but I'm headed to the hunting camp for therapy.

The flip side of my misery from losing is that my many MSU friends will be happy and enjoy a better holiday season, including a bowl game.

On this Thanksgiving, I am thankful for many blessings, including a revived Rebel football program with a bright future, despite the loss last night.

Smoke em if ya got em Dog fans. Enjoy the victory. But, we'll be ready for revenge and retribution in Oxford next year.

Checking out for a while. The ducks and deer are waiting.

This is the way I saw it also. It was a good game, hopefully the Egg Bowl stays competitive and heated like this for years to come.

I thought the freshman quarterback did a pretty great job keeping the Dogs in it until Prescott came in to win it. Thought he showed remarkable poise in a pretty tense game.

Really only one BAD mistake. He will be called on more in the future. Next year MSU should have two legitimate dual threat QB's and two very good backs in JRob and Shump, along with three good receivers in RoJo, Wilson, and Lewis.

That's right, one thing that baffled me is the receivers missed a bunch of well thrown balls by Williams. Dak comes in and it seems they can suddenly catch again.

I think a lot of that is mental, just as in almost everything else in sports, the two QBbs may put a different touch on the ball or something.... But yes they did drop some catchable balls. I thought Williams played very good considering he kinda got thrown in the fire at the end of the season due to injuries. He protected the ball very well and seemed to make the correct reads, except on a few plays. The most important thing he did, while we only scored on one drive, was limit the three and outs. We strung together enough drives with two or three first downs that it allowed our defense to rest, which is critical against a team like OM.

I thought State's defense stole the show more than anything. Ole Miss scored multiple touchdowns on every team they faced this year except Alabama and State. They never had an answer for the State D. They constantly kept pressure on Wallace which led to him hurrying some throws and making some bad decisions, and they dominated the line all night. The gimmick plays with Nkemdichi at running back worked at first because it was obvious they caught the D off guard a little, but they were pretty useless in the end. If your gonna run plays like that you have to run a PAP with him in once in a while to keep the defense honest, they did not and the D knew what was coming. I do feel better about our DBs after this week than I have in the past. They have made many improvements as the season has progressed, and held some very good receivers to very few plays.... Feed Who??

Both offenses struggled pretty much the whole game, Ole Miss's defense played well also being the only offensive touchdown in regulation was setup by an OM turnover. I feel that if Prescott had played earlier, they might have scored more but who knows.

Here is the difference in the two......Nkemdicie is a little prima donna hot head punk. I have seen him loose his cool too many times this year......and when he put his finger on that coaches chest, that told the whole story about him and the "state" of the program.........and I have been told it wan't the first time he has done that to a coach. Soooooooo glad he is a Rebel, fits you guys well.......he will be another Marshall Henderson attitude issue before it's over........can't wait to see how the Bears justify it as having character.

state played well. congrats. i don't/haven't kept up with state football all year, so answer me this please guys. IF dak was healthy/cleared to play why would he not play the whole game? was there something more going on outside of the injury or what? Just kinda thought that no matter what a coach would play his best players. I just don't get why you would have the heart and sole of your offense sitting on the sidelines to watch, when the doctors said he was good to go. Ole damion looks the part, and played pretty good for his first outing, hat's off to the young man.
