Don't show your hand here or anywhere make her think cards are stacked against her.

And I am gonna add this never been in your shoes but helped some buddies down your road. One lawyers opinion is just that an opinion. Spend some jack and go hire a mean son of gun

Chad,

I lived this over 14 Years ago..............divorce.

check out dadsdivorce.com and read "the list"......please.

Each state is different, but Louisiana is a "no fault" state which really means no one cares about adultrey. I can lead to a "quciker" divorce, but there is no such thing as a quick divorce.

Took me four years to resolve community property.

Do WHATEVER it takes to maintain a relationship with your girls.........even if it means taking a backseat for some things.

man if you need to talk, PM me and I can send you my number.........
This is a aweful there is just no other way to put it

If everything goes right we should sign our papers this week. She has agreed to everything that i wanted. Girls half the time, house stays in my name and so forth...So keep the prayers coming that we get this settle and i can move on with my life. Thanks in advance to all the prayers already given. I know that God answers the prayers of his children

If "everything does not go right" as you put it, I agree with Rebel Duck above. You need an advocate who is going to fight hellfire for you.

Meanwhile, keep your cards close to your vest. Let 'em think you're holding four aces and the joker.

Then, when everything is said and done, let us know how you are doing. We don't need to hear details, we just need to know that you and your daughters are alright - or as alright as can be expected in this situation.

Finally, remember this. There are people praying for you. And not just people who say so on an internet forum. Some of these people you do not know, and you may never meet.

Courage.
Nobody owes you anything.
