Yep the Rebel fans brag about how their football team plays with class and plays out of love for one another. They have spent the last 4 years bashing Mullen saying he has no class and that is not how they do things in Oxford. They have claimed to be above that kind of behavior. Now that they have the biggest trash talker in the NCAA on their basketball team they have changed their tune. Now talking trash and bringing attention to yourself is called motivating the fan base. Now cursing fans is called giving them what they deserve. Now talking trash about coaches is called getting the last laugh.

The same Rebels that have bashed Mullen and bragged about how they do things with class are now defending Henderson. Go figure.

I don't like Marshall Henderson, but I love Ole Miss so I'll take it. But I probably couldn't be around him for long...

on another note...it's really stupid all this talk about Ole Miss fans this and Ole Miss fans that in reference to who is classy and who is not...the finger pointing, we said this or that about your player/coach and all basically in reference to Ole Miss fans are hypocrites....I wonder do you realize that EVERY single fan has the exact same opinion about their rival coaches and players at some point? Do you think you got the college sports world figured out as it pertains to those hypocritical Ole Miss coaches, players, fans; above and beyond all other players and fanbases? You see it as it is huh? Ole Miss fans just can't right??? It's laughable, you are just spewing the same old crap everybody spews about their rivals on hundreds of sports talk forums all over the internet...lather, rinse, repeat! you don't have in figured out and in fact the truth is in between...your guys rarely look as bad to you as they do to rivals (Henderson is somewhat of an exception), and they aren't as clean and golden as you think...nor are they as bad as your rivals think. It's competitive nature, it's rivals...it's part of it. Get over it...and by the way, throw at a college baseball player b/c you can't get him out....stay classy Cohen

It's not like the guy beat up a student and stole his laptop. Relax people. No one will be talking about Marshall Henderson anymore if Ole Miss loses this week.

Hell yeah State threw at Katz! And we "dog" our rivals like most other schools.....difference is, most Rebel fans tend to be "above such things" until a Henderson comes along.....so all most know to do is spin it as something different than what it really is

I saw a "spirited" interview with Henderson last night.......it showed the "great bond that exists between player and coach".....warmed my heart....

Henderson said something to the effect "Coach Kennedy and I relate to each other, I cuss him out and he cusses me out". Really?

^^ i think i saw the one you're talking about and thought the same thing. something about yelling and cussing in a non-negative way....it being a very special relationship.

I dont like the way Henderson carries on myself but he is a pretty good shooter.

I think my maroon bretheren need to open their memory banks for a second and recall and rather polarizing trash talker from their past......................anybody remember..........SMOOT SMACK?????

such is your perception...and it's not the reality...the truth is in the middle most likely...just like Mullen and Cohen probably aren't quite the douche-bags they come across as from an Ole Miss fans perspective...thanks for re-iterating what I was trying to say...you flanked the point perfectly.

Not to take up for MH, but i do not see his antics any worse than what we see on the football field especially on the D side after a big hit on pass break up or a sack.

Celebrating is one thing, taunting is another. He should get T'd up every time he puts his thumb on his forehead and taunts the other team/ fans.
