Yes I have. Not because I'm still using the stuff but because I'm not eating like a reggin anymore. I used to just grab stuff quick when I was working like pizza, gas station food, fast food, etc. The problem was what I was eating. Advocare claims that if you can follow their plan you will change your eating habits that's what the whole 24 days is about. I can attest that I still want fried foods, pizza, and junk daily. I just don't buy the stuff now...much. I ratchet down during the week and then kind of back off during the weekend. On a kind of maintenance level now. The alcohol doesn't help matters, but I'm not giving that up.
Personally I think the advocare is a just another marketing scheme. Go look up what a low or no carb diet is and then do it. I would assume the results will be the same just less the expensive herbal supplements. I'm no dietician but as the dukman once said "eat like a caveman"
