Thats been part of the problem, one of his biggest accomplishments so far is changing that attitude. I had a feeling the guy would have success when he first spoke to the bulldog club after being hired. You could tell he wasn't one to settle for mediocrity.

Apparently it hasn't rubbed off on everyone. JDGator is happy with mediocrity.
