Instead of paying it back to the gov't, wait another year. Then, split it up about 8,000 different ways and find 8,000 hardworking, white taxpayers to give one dollar each. Spread the wealth man!!!!

A simple no, would have worked...
True, but we really haven't been hard on him. In all honesty, he probably asked a question on this board that he already knew the answer to. And unless he's been hiding under a rock lately, he already knew how we'd answer a question like his.

Now, OSP and umrebs? Those two caught hayell!!!

how in the world can you think anyone is being rough on the guy, his original post is asking a question, is there any way around giving the money back, that is what he wanted to know, he should have known because he sighned the deal. his next post is, he's not a democrat, he;s a hard working white man that don;t want a damm thing given to him. if he don;t want a damm thing given to him why is he asking if anyone knows a way around giving the money back without fulfilling the contract? i will say one thing for him, i believe him when he says he is not a democrat,

Well glad to know there is one person out there that is 100% honest, ethics are out of this world, and has never tried to find a loop hole in anything. I don't care what he does. That 8k he got won't affect me at all.

Yeah, it does. You signed up for a deal with clearly laid-out terms and conditions, funded by all the rest of us taxpayers, btw. Those Ts&Cs clearly stated that you needed to live in that house for 36 months or you had to pay all of the money back. Now you got a better offer and you want to not do the deal you signed up for and screw the taxpayers in the process.

So you can either wait another year to move or pay us back the eight grand we gave you.

Would you think it would be wrong if somebody that had got laid off from their job and couldn't find a job got on food stamps and then later got a job that paid enough to support their family, but they wanted to stay on the program??? Basically no diff than what you were trying to find a way to do

Kinda tuff on a fella. What he's asking about may not be rite but I'd rather see a working man beat the goverment by getting some back that he's paid in than those worthless one's that won't work.Wish I could figure out how to get paid cash I'd never pay the goverment crap.
