That’s a pretty alarming graph but makes sense. I personally think that gap is driven by the stock market and how much of a joke it has become. Executives make decisions based on what they think will make investors happy and raise the stock price. There is no longer much give a damn about employees. I roll my eyes every time I see an article where employers are complaining about not being able to find workers. I sit there and think “have you considered raising pay? That’s kinda how this whole capitalism thing works. Maybe train some folks up instead of expecting everyone to magically have 5-10 years experience.”

At my previous employer (an S corporation engineering company) I was the last American engineer they hired before they began outsourcing to Central America. Those guys could do it for 1/3 of the cost of an American. We were turned into glorified project managers. I hope outsourcing of American jobs is something that Trump (or Congress, LOL) will address.

Yeah get Mitt Romney to spearhead that for us in his new Senate seat. :?

Maybe those "toys are us" execs who carved up $41,000,000 amongst themselves and left 30 year employees without so much as a severance check.

Tyson chicken actually ships chickens to China to have them processed and then ships them back to make your fried chicken.

Oh but the FDA says we can't let other drug makers around the world compete with our Big Pharma companies for Govt. contracts with Medicare and Medicaid, they make inferior products, we are just protecting Americans from problems with them.
Meanwhile you can buy a fish that was caught in the Philippines a month ago or pond shrimp from china where they use human feces to feed them.

You can't make this shiet up.

That skirelly guy is a scumbag.

Trump is working on prescription prices as we speak. Nobody else has attempted to do anything about it so let’s see where we are or year from now

Big Pharma has morphed into the out-of-control all consuming nightmare that is because of people like you who don’t take seriously their duty to vote out these career politicians who pass the laws benefiting big Pharma.

Mitt Romney is part of the problem. Career politicians are the problem with this country.

OH! you voted for Trump but blame ME for the problem hahaha

Let's see what he does with Big Pharma, the solution is simple.
Stop the FDA from protecting them from fair trade policies, could be done with a stroke of the Pen.
And cut billions of dollars out of the Health Care problem in doing so.
Do the same thing with medical equipment suppliers.
The cost of insurance no longer has a false support for their rates.
Attack Medicare and Medicaid? Why? Attack the people who have corrupted it first,
give it two years, let's see how things look then.
Let's see how he handles that...
Yeah, Let's just sit back and watch him lie his way through THIS $#!+ too.

Yes pretty much.

I voted to make America great again and I’m seeing that. Sorry you’re not seeing it.

You are so close to actually being able to influence people but fall short every time in the home stretch.

Believe it or not I actually agree with a lot of your argument.

You’re trying to narrow me down into such a small window I can’t possibly have a discussion with you.

You said the labor statistics and job market are irrelevant to you. That’s what’s going to be most helpful to people outside my socioeconomic class, giving them a hand up.

I’ll go ahead and say it here too. I think you should just stick to talking about food. Everybody loves food.

I’d love to learn more about your bread making.

When your choices end up being not what you expected, and there is no politician that can fend off reality for you to vote for, at least have something else to go with.

I don’t believe Trump is part of the corruption in the country, I think just the opposite. I believe he is doing everything humanly possible to eliminate corruption in government. I think he got some bad advice with cabinet selection early in and I think he has corrupt people embedded in his administration.
He appointed Scott Pruitt to run the EPA. Pruitt has now stepped down due to corruption allegations. Pruitt's replacement, like him, is an oil-industry insider. Won't be long until he steps down as well. All this in addition to the fact that Trump appointed oil industry men to the organization established to regulate such industries.

So, Trump lets the fox into the hen house, yet you believe he's doing everything humanly possible to eliminate corruption. That takes some Olympic-level mental gymnastics, Wildfowler.
