I'm sure this will offend some but I have pesonally witnessed behind closed doors acts of kindness by Delbert that most will never know about that really speak well of him. He knows he has been blessed with financial resources and is quite generous to those that have not been so blessed.

In my personal experience, he is a pretty good fella.

NOTE: I have no dealing with him duck hunting or relative to land deals though.

This matches up with what I think of him. If I held the attitudes displayed during duck hunting against all the good men I know, I wouldn't have any friends.
