Unless something has changed, he pretty much goes every year.

I think this is a prime opportunity to bury the hatchet. Polk is MSU baseball in so many ways. Cohen has really got that chip off of his shoulder this year after being fairly abraisive the first few years. I see him complimenting other teams and talking with less arrogance which bolds well for him in the future I think. Cohen probably had to come in with a drill sergeant mentality at first. Huge pressure there following Polk and the scenario of RP throwing a fit over Raffo not getting job added to the pressure and probably hurt a little as well. I could see Cohen reaching out to his mentor at this point and RP taking it in as well. Pretty sure RP has been to Dudy Noble once since he left, but someone can correct me if that is not true.JaMak84 wrote:y'all think coach polk will bury the hatchet and make the trip?
I'm a State fan but about to be a bigger one now that my son will be start at MSU this fall. Can someone tell me about the fallout with RP? I didn't know there were any bitter feelings on either side. Seems to me that this team has accomplished something he never did and he should be pretty damn proud to be affiliated with the team and MSU baseball history. Why did he resign and come back a year later? What's up with that?JaMak84 wrote:y'all think coach polk will bury the hatchet and make the trip?
