Eat lunch at Puckett's Grocery (if you can get a table).
Re: Nashville to do list
Will you be here during the day or in the evening (or some of both)? What type of things are you interested in doing and seeing? Nashville and the surrounding areas are a lot of fun with a whole lot of options. Can you provide a few more specifics?
We've never met, but I've enjoyed reading your posts over the years. I would offer to take you to lunch but have a prior commitment at my son's school. Please holler next time you are in town.

Tour the Yazoo Brewing Company if you drink beer. I think it was $20 a person with samples along the way and you get to keep the glass.

The Pancake Pantry is kind of famous and celebrities do eat there on occasion. But in my experience, it has never been worth the wait.jdbuckshot wrote:My wife said something about some pancake house.

Lived there for six years, loved it. Yazoo Brew tour is great. Make sure to buy a growler or three to take home with you.
Not a fan of Pancake Pantry, but Jackson's is right across the street and very good. Has a great patio on 21st and Cookie Dough Eggrolls that will blow your mind.
Don't take your wife shopping in Green Hills- your wallet will regret it.
Broadway is a tourist trap, but if you've never been make sure to walk around down there... Will be live music just about 24 hours a day.
The Ryman hosts tours that are good.
East Nashville is the trendy hipster part of town if you're into that...

If you're there at night or for the evening, go to the Station Inn downtown for some real Nashville sound.

Toured the Ryman and ate at pickets grocery.
Good food for sure, would love to go back when we have more time. Rain kept us from doing much else.
