I can't prove it, but I think the ebay link is his dad. Who is a know call faker from what I understand. Working on that info as well.
I'll have to look into the silverdash call more.

Not that it's any sort of proof, but even if they were never used the cork on those should be extremely flat after years of sitting in the call.

I'm no expert, but the first call pictured looks old. The second set doesnt look old. The stickers are two crisp and clean. Sounds like somebody either hit the mother lode of stashed unused calls, the original mfg changed labels, and the boxes got lost or someone is dealing under the table.

Classic collection of coincidences...all in dudes favor ill bet he'd say.

Can't speak for that particular maker, but a lot of calls from that period went through a change from black to the more modern milky mylar. Also, it's entirely possible one would need to replace a reed later and be unable to get the old material.

Reeds are not going to prove my point. Keys to this are going to be the newness of the finish on the call and the labels.
