HRCH Lacey's Louisiana Lightning SH 11/10/00-3/25/13

While I can't yet write a memorial to her as it just hurts too much, crying just typing out the Subject of this and seeing her name and a end date to her life. I will say more but many of you that are very good freinds of mine wouldn't be without her. I will reserve this spot for later on when I can try and put something into words for what she meant to me. Of course I don't think I will ever be able to put that into words.

Sorry to hear that Jeff. Lacey will never be replaced, but just remember back on the good times.

There are no words that will comfort......but I'm sure there are also no regrets. You provided her the 'good' life, I know. In return, She will remain in yours, forever.

I've come to the realization that everytime your heart gets 'tender'....it's a blessing. It's like they reach down when you think about them and touch your heart, letting you know they miss us, too. That's always a special moment ofo reflection and a reminder that love never dies.

Awsome litter...... amazing that Lacey and Rowdy departed within a month of each other. We feel for both their families as it is always a painful inevitability and adjustment.

Thanks for sharing the stories and photos over the years. Hang in there.
