Advocare

Postby merlebo05 » Sun Mar 10, 2013 8:07 pm

Anybody ever used it and seen results? Not looking for someone trying to make a sell pitch, just looking for the low down on this product and more specifically the 24 day challenge.

I know a guy that did two of the 24 day challenges and had great results lost about 30 lbs and didn't change his eating habits. I purchased the 24 day challenge and haven't taken it out of the box.

My wife was doing good when she was using it. Lost about 15 lbs, and then I knocked her up.

I lost 35 using Advocare catalyst and working out and changed my eating and drinking habits a little bit.

I lost 28lbs my first 24 day challenge back in August. About to start another one this week. Send me a pm if you are interested in it, I'll be glad to order it for any of y'all.

The wife and I both did it. Basically a zero carb diet. Sucks, but it works. I lost a little over 30 pounds.

This one of those 24 day clean outs or is there actually something to it?

That's my question also. Buddy of mine is about to start the 24 day challenge. Is it basically a 3 week fast with some vitamins and protein thrown in. Seems to me if you don't change your eating habits you will gain back what you lost during the 3 week fast. Anymore info on it???

Listen I'm not knocking anybody but the general public is very ignorant when it comes to fitness and supplementation...I literally make a living off of my body and all I do is eat right and train correctly? I don't take any of that garbage. There is no magic pill? Learn the proper way to eat and you will lose a ton of weight with out any sort of supplements. Do not get me wrong there are supplements that help but advocare is wayyyy over priced even if it did work there are way cheaper methods.

I went from 264 in August to 236 after the 24 day challenge and I'm at 239 as of this morning.

Believe what you will from those that don't have any experience with it, if you can afford it and take the products correctly, it will work though. A lot of the challenge is eating right and getting in a routine. Sure you can do it without products but you can also duck hunt without duck calls and decoys. Just giving yourself an extra tool for success by using the products in my humble opinion.
