$5 is fine...
I would say do away with Weight. Require a pic with spurs and beard attached to the bird with a ruler in the pic. Teams of 2 would be cool. Sell t-shirts separately if we want to raise more money!

Re: Turkey comp...
i say use the ntwf scoring system less the weight, only cuz i don't have digital scales. i would rather not do teams but thats just me.
5 dollar buy in per person
winner gets 3/4 the pot and runner up gets 1/4...

for exmaple you could kill a 4 greenheads (two banded), a mallard/black cross, and a mallard/gaddy cross and smash a hot blonde on the way back to the ramp and call it a hell of a day

Re: Turkey comp...
Out of state is not that big of deal...heaviest bird I've killed out of states was 23lbs. If you're not counting weight in the score, then state really goes out the window.
Re: Turkey comp...
Killed one in KS last yr weighed 26lbs and are waiting on SD draw to go back there this yr in May........but I'm game either way if Bama boys are allowed in.

Re: Turkey comp...
