General Contractors

I am looking to build a house outside of Ruleville and am looking for a good general contractor. Who do ya'll know that is good

Regardless of who you find, and regardless of what you or contractor estimate the cost being, anticipate the final cost of construction being about 15% more than you originally thought.

Two things will always make this a certainty.
1) You will grow your project and get a case of the "might as wells". "Honey, since we are doing this we might as well go ahead and ...." Eventually all those small thousand dollar might as wells grow into a sizable pile of money.

2) Regardless of how much people tell you it will cost to do their job, subcontractors always seem to find more reason to charge greater than their estimate.
