Dang folks if you aren't breaking the law who cares if the law is there or knows about it. If I'm there I'll drive folks back. I'm sure there will be some others that would do the same to help the drinkers out. I've been up river on two occassions when some way too drunk dumb booty seriously screwed up. One time the guy killed two of his immediate family members and injured others trying to spray their boat with his like he was on a jetski or something. Since then I don't even have a beer or two on the boat unless I know I'm not having to drive the boat or a vehicle. It's not worth it. No reason Rob can't show up and hang out. If you're dumb enough to have too many and drive a boat you need to be in jail. There are too many families out there that you can screw up with non-sense like that. Drink and have a good time just get somebody to man up and be the DD for your boat. Just my opinion.
