its over for another year

Duck season is over for another year up here in Ont. Went out the last day Dec 20. I absolutely couldn't have asked for a better closing day. 45mph winds 40degree temps kept the birds flying all day. My buddy, his dad and myself closed out the season in an hour with 18 greenheads and 4 bands, go figure eh?(including a jack miner band) With no ice this year the numbers where overwhelming. Had a great year and am very lucky to have a quality place to hunt and good friends to hunt with. Good luck all for the rest of your season and have a safe, and enjoyable time.

WOW! Would you be interested in a trade-a-hunt? I'd love to hunt Canada.

Merry Christmas!

My email is
You know I wouldn't rule out a trade a hunt. I have a club with flooded corn the last week of sept. lots of mallards lots of teal. Maybe we could swing a ducks for deer hunt. We have lots of ducks but not the deer.

Yep it's pretty bad when the smallest percentage of 80 000 waterfowl hunters for the ENTIRE province of Ontario is hunting on Dec 20 I know it's chore but someone has to do it
