Holy smokes! Looks like the tow strap is the only thing that actually hits him. That bumper would have taken his head off!

Watch the video. Bumper definitely cracks him. He get's messed up. The tow strap hit him in the mid section. By some miracle it looks like it only glanced off his head though.
