Deer harvest and sightings down?

Has anyone noticed a decline in the number of deer harvested and seen at your clubs this season? I just hunted with a buddy at his club in Carroll County and normally by this time they have taken over 30 deer but this year they are at 16. Heard the same thing from another friend who's club is in Leflore County. My neighbor here in east TX said they normally take 20-25 deer at his place but this year only 11. is it some kind of natural phenomenon that this is happening in different area? Is it just a down year everywhere?

We have more deer on our place this year than we ever have, also killed more and still have a ton of does and young bucks left.

We had twice as many deer killed this year than last year. Way more bucks killed this year than last year also.

We've killed less. I think every piece of property just goes in a natural up and down cycle. Wait, does that make sense? I've had a few George Dickels.

I suspect in some camps that is due to horn porn. I was guilty this year. I could have killed, well let's just say more than is legal. I only killed two and they are going on the wall. Also could be due to camp rules as far as next buck must be bigger etc...

This year we have killed more does and less bucks. Getting them on cameras here and there but not like last year.

Saw and killed fewer on our place but still seeing a ton out on the roads, etc. Some of our neighbors must be feeding well....
