anybody know anything about duck plucking machines?

My duck camp is thinking about buying a mechanical duck plucker, since our human one retired due to bad health last year. We have some fairly industrious members who could probably make one, but I need some tips. What to use for "rubber fingers"? What rpm? How do you go about rigging it to include a 55gal drum with a shopvac?

or better yet: Where do you buy one?
most important: Do they work?
