I actually use the Neil Med nasal irrigation...it's a squirt bottle that gives you a real flushing...it's good shat, kinda like that really good feeling when you clean deep down in your ears with a Q-Tip...just gotta get used to the water up the nose feeling, once you're passed that golden...the look on that woman face says it all! :D
