Piggy Marinade?

Thinning out the pig population and was looking for some good marinade or dry rub recipe ideas.

It doesn't come in a fancy shaker and you wont find it at Kroger, but try the rub from Rebel Butcher Supply in Pearl. Go by there instead of trying to pick it up elsewhere. I buy in bulk and use it for chicken, burgers, butts, shoulders, and whole pigs. Also use it in a few recipes. Good stuff.
