Dixie was one of the 1st songs we learned to sing in public school music class when I was a kid growing up in the 60's.....I bet most pre-teen kids today couldn't sing the first line of Dixie and that's a cryin' shame........Hearing that song still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up and I'm 56 years young....thanks for posting...
