I called ATV Zone in Louisianna twice, both times they said the salesman was busy and would call me back..they have not yet called me back. Guess they don't want any more business. Philipp said I got the last Browning edition he had allocated to him at this time and he should have it in about two weeks. Don't mind waiting as I need to sell my '05 Ranger 6X6 and my Argo Bigfoot anyway.
Thanks guys.
I got the last one.......it came in over the weekend. He said several dealers were calling him trying to buy it from him to sell in their store. They are hot right now at their price.

Ha, That better be the case as he told me he had one he could put pre-sold and get it in about 2 weeks too. I don't care if it's the last one or the first. It's a much better deal than I had with atv zone and I have been waiting 2 months with them(not their fault, Polaris has not built what I originally ordered)

It wasn't a situation like that. Told him casually I was going to buy one. He ordered two and I passed on them earlier. He knew i was in no hurry and gets in about 1 every week or two. I was originally going to buy a crew but after listening to some on here.....was worried about braking axles with a lift on it. Greg there is a straight shooter and is why I've bought there each time and refer friends to him. I've randomly got $50 in the mail before for referrals out of the blue.

Guys if you have to go more than a 150 miles away over your local dealer you kiddin yourselfs if you think you gonna save any money. Apples to apples oranges to oranges theres not 500 dollars difference in the price between all of em. All it would take is 1 trip back to a dealer that far away and you just lost ur butt on a "deal" u thought you got! Buy at home! Support ur nearest dealer! You just might find that paying that extra 100 or so on the front end will pay big dividends in the end. There's just simply not that much markup in em!

Wrong, I looked at 5 different dealerships this time. 3 of them were within an hours drive of me. All three around here were at least 1500 more......one was 2500 more. When you ride by a Polaris dealer and they have a Ranger 900 Browning edition sitting out front multiple days in a row.........you know the price is sky high. Dealers can't keep them right now. Most of the dealers around here charge MSRP. All the big dealers a few hours away charge a good bit less than MSRP.

Sorry but I dont believe that. There's not a ATV dealer, in this state that can make 2500 markup on a piece of equipment. Somethings different. Like I said apples to apples same exat equipment. No differences. I'll buy u a steak dinner if there is more than 500 bucks difference in writting.

Well all I can say to that is the markup in the atv market has gotten that high then we all in the wrong buisness! I too have priced em and I havent seen that muxh difference coparing same options between dealers. Now if you are looking at just what may be in,stock then yes there could be that much differences in pricing. But its just like vehicles or boats. Accessories is what drives the cost up between dealers. As far as actual markups they all are about the same. Item per item not enough difference to warrent going far from ur local dealer. You fax a quote sheet around to 10 different dealers comparing prices with the same options there wont be 500 dollars difference in any of em. Same with trucks!

yeah gonna have to call BS on you there. I bought a machine 2 years ago and the price difference was large enough for me to drive to pascagoula from NOLA to buy my machine, plus warranty work can be done at any polaris dealer, so get your price break, then get your warranty work done at closest dealer. I saved over 1500 bucks, well worth it and Perkins Polaris (Billy Perkins) is about as nice a fella as you can come across.
