Forget asking about best running shoe. You should be asking about best nipple protection.

Go shirtless or buy high quality clothes. You can use skin sake, body glide or some other anti chaffing cream.

Even my best shirts bother me. Haven't tried the skin sake or body glide, but 1/2" waterproof tape does the trick for me.

Oh, and I run in Mizuno wave inspire 8, but I'd have never known what to get had I not been fitted like everyone has recommended.
