He probably had to figure a way to pay the state the $90,000 or so in fines he was charged with not too long ago.

most "going out bussiness " sales means that he has bought the inventory from some place that was ........wait for it....actually going out of bussiness. If you listen ( i know its tough ) he will say that they have just purchased the remaining inventory from a top name blah blah blah.
aaaaand now he is passing the saving on to you :)
i was in the jewelry biz for years , next time your haggling over price and the dealer tells you he can let you have it at just over cost , look him in the eye and ask " how about just over keystone" ?
that way you make a little i save a LOT :) then wait for the look of shock to clear up ! Keystone is what he ACTUALLY paid for the item.

keystone , dealer cost , cost , sale price , retail

I have no idea. You have to be fairly brave to turn around and file suit on the dental board.

I sure wouldn't want the board mad at me. Just from what I hear from some of his patients that come to me, it would not be hard for the board to shut him down. The guy is probably making tons of money, but I don't know how long he will keep it.
