Cumberland Navy

Is struggling on their dance team! They should swap a couple of them sows over to their O-line...

Other than that I'm rejoicing that college football is finally here!!
At times there is not a satisfactory substitute for well-aimed lead going down range at high velocity.

In an actual football related post, Vandy just ran a better looking option than I saw the JJ led LSU Tigers run all last year...errr last half of last year.

Damn that's bad. Welcome to the CFL Jordan.

for exmaple you could kill a 4 greenheads (two banded), a mallard/black cross, and a mallard/gaddy cross and smash a hot blonde on the way back to the ramp and call it a hell of a day
and THAT is a duck hunt.

I agree. Right now, they do not look like a top 10 team.

Starting QB was struggling to throw the ball well, even before his shoulder injury in the first half. But, I will say that he delivered a gutty performance, especially running the ball, helping his team stay in the game and eventually win it.

The receivers did not help the QBs' cause, dropping several catchable passes (may not have been pretty, but many were catchable).

Their great RB got off to a slow start as well.

Too many turnovers.

HOWEVER, this was a first game. And the USC QB may heal his shoulder and improve. And their RB may get the kinks worked out after a long lay off. And Vandy is always a tough team to play early in the season, especially at Vandy. SC will need to improve greatly to have any chance to win the SEC East. They may still get there. But, not a top 10 team at this point.
