I get handed a clipboard at HRC hunts (usually when the marshal has to run an errand and then comes back during the last dog's run), and a shotgun and shells at AKC hunts.

This is my first time to go to a hunt test. I am planning on going to the one in Oxford this weekend. I just wanted to see how they work so I may bring my dog in the future. Can someone provide details on time and location and if this is something that I would find helpful in attending and what to anticipate if I do come? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For the complete experience:
Show up around 7:30ish
Wear camo
Bring a folding chair
Bring a cooler with drinks (food and drinks will be available on the grounds)

Don't know what level your dog is working at or what you're interested in seeing. I will be running Finished. You are welcome to come over and visit BUT be warned, I will be there to have a good time and that I will do!

I will be driving a brown Dodge 2500 (will probably be dirty and appear black). I will probably have a green Easy-up tent, bring your chair and come on over.
