Grilled fish

Has anyone grilled fish with a cheese topping? If so, what is recipe

Never grilled it that way, but I'm sure you could.

Here's what I do:

1/2 cup parmesan
3 tbs mayonnaise
1/4 cup softened butter
1 tsp hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together.

Broil filets (I use grouper and brush them with lemon juice prior) for about 5 minutes on a well greased baking sheet. Take out and spread mayo/parm mixture on top. Return to broiler for a few more minutes until the top is browned and bubbly.
